I work out regularly, four or five times a week and watch what I eat. But even at my lowest weight and peak physical fitness level, I could still never get rid of annoying areas of fat on my lower abdomen, thighs, and upper arms. I had cellulite on the backs of my thighs in particular, that no amount of dieting or exercise ever touched. This, combined with my same exercise program, has dropped me about four dress sizes, and visibly decreased the cellulite especially on the back of my thighs.
